Trust me it will. It's not asking Dave how much money it will take. It's funding and moving forward with the projects. Working as a team and not a 1 man thing. We are all sellers looking for something better, we can't just rely on Dave getting the IM Chat fixed whenever he gets the money and has time to "start" the project. Anyone that's a real top seller in this forum has seen customers decrease by at least 50% or more. If you made $3000 in a month back then, you are making $1500 tops now days. Investing $20, $50, and even more is not a stupid thing to do. We can talk about it in the post I made in the group.
I doubt the whole IM thing will be fixed by asking Dave for a "amount of money to get the damn IM finished". Also I don't feel as if many people would be willing to pay for a system we specifically don't want.
