    I actually prefer the 2011 remake version myself, it's got a lot of arcs that weren't animated like the Chimera ant arc for example. The animation is top-notch also so I prefer the remake over the original. And I'm guessing you're talking about the Yorknew Arc and Leorio... yeah they end up catching Chrollo (leader of the troupe) and getting Gon and Killua back. Leorio ends up leaving to study medicine I guess and Kurapika went off to search for more scarlet eyes. You should really watch the chimera ant arc because as of recent (episode 110-current) it's been unbelievably epic.

    And what a coincidence! I haven't really noticed up until now but they're pretty similar. Though Jean in FMA has blondish hair and the Jean in AOT has brownish hair they are pretty similar.

    Yeah, I know about Fairy Tail also. Somebody posted it in the anime section a couple weeks ago... plus I usually check Anime News Network. I didn't really think Fairy Tail was all that good however. I think the Monogatari series was a lot better, it goes full perverse at moments and then switches to a more serious mood and has epic stories. You should check out Bakemonogatari if you haven't already, lots of discussions in the anime section revolve around it. Also Fate/Stay Night is getting a remake and is starting the 30th of this month in case you didn't know.

    Yeah, I watched it last season when it came out a couple months back. It's hilarious, lots of awkward scenes.
