How to circumvent a ban?

I was wondering what methods you guys use to dodge a ban? I'm at a new address so my IP is different but last time I got banned I couldn't change my IP. Obviously I tried making a new account but it said I had an IP ban. Tried to google ip spoofing but couldn't find a reliable method.

What methods do you guys use after you get banned?

if u want not to be ip banned:take a tor.it masks ur ip .(dont go to the dark web then plz,its so f dangerous)
