i cant delete background
You need to save the file as a GIF and you must make the signature with the background set as Transparent.
but i opened as transparrent
When you create the signature you must set it to Transparent background. When you save the file save it as a GIF instead of a JPG. I just said that, read it again.
I like the effect, I was thinking of making one but always too lazy to.

Very nice Chronologix, not so keen on the render choice though it looks weird for some reason.
Should I flatten the layers?
.... render???? how do u get da pics on so perfect my sig was da most successful ...
ok i got a pic on finally but now wat u mean by cuttin off borders???n wen canvas size increased the bottom also increased making the bottom part also go down??
actually a few ways of achieving that effect.
this one works rather well and doesn't appear with a gray area that IE uses when an image has trasparent areas
heres a little tip to make it more realistic. ehn you have your render in, select the bottom area of it, and blend it / fade it in to ur sig so it looks like its coming out of the sig not just taller than it. the when the bottom is blended in to the sig, click the render layer (or layers) and then press ctrl+t ( or on a mac, mac+t) and then when the box is around the render, right click the pic and then from the drop-down menu that comes up, select "perspective" then slant the image either away or towards the screen for a more realistic look.
