I think extreme injector with manual map (or don't know which option) prevents the creation of settings.ini but I'm not sure.

if you use manual map, pressing f10 will generate a new settings.ini in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dirty Bomb\Binaries\Win32\ edit that one

maybe block the s3crashreporter.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dirty Bomb\CrashReporter but I crashed the game multiple times in the past and no ban yet, so it may not help crap
