Ok, so I logged onto my 2nd account on a laptop, it's still banned and my 3rd account is banned since I login from the laptop. Bungie seriously doesn't want me as a customer.

You won't know until you try a 2nd account on the same computer that got banned the first time around. Best way to avoid is to stop using all together.
