Very unlikely, you will need access to the server of the game you are trying to hack unless the game is offline. Then you will need to edit the values in memory.

Online and hands-on is the best thing you will do.

Code something that YOU will find useful. You will have drive to continue to code.

If you like the functionality of things, learn python or c#.
If you like creating art, or making things look good, learn php, html and css.
