I dont think you can at the moment. Theres no IWI files in black ops 2 so you cant make texture hack at the moment. I heard someone saying that there encrypted filles which need to be hacked, but...

do it through the installer or just verify files through steam and it will redownload the files you changed or have been deleted.

Thats what happens when you hack ;). Plus the online game is spoiled if people start hacking. You will eventually get banned so dont bother hacking.
