If this doesn't work, try this:

-Boot Windows in Safe Mode
-Uninstall CrossFire
-Delete Z8Games folder
-Restart computer normally
-Reinstall CrossFire

If you have an AMD graphics card, driver booster is useless, I had to manually go download the drivers from their website.

Are your graphics drivers all up-to-date?
I used to get the same error on my old PC whenever the drivers were outdated.

Before CF2.0, killmarks were simple .TGA files that were editable.
But now they are inside the .REZ files, which is why you can no longer edit them, without having to risk getting banned.

Either get a VMware bypass and 5 cows and farm it alone, or get 5 friends to farm with you.

Actually, nevermind. I looked deeper into my screenshot folder, and the recovery code was an old one. I found a more recent one, tried it out and it worked.

You can change your password with the "Forgot your password?" page even if your account is flagged.
A flagged account means that support WILL NOT help you with anything related to account...
