MPGH rules, downloadable content can't contain any out-source links. However, you can still make the links accessible from the news section, or in-game panels. The downloadable client here just cannot.

Only problem with that rule is that it's so kind of pointless

people have a higher chance of seeing the link in-game than the client

why get rid of a link that barely anyone will see and leave the link that everyone will see?

First i thought that it was because people are dumb and click at a link without knowing what it does, but then i realized that's not the case

The rule isn't pointless, it just needs some white-listed links that are trusted and can't be compromised. Such as Paypal or Dis-cord links.
