Is it possible to edit the lvl and the needed skill points for a skill?

this is an old .tbl editor and it can be used for ALOT of things on PRIVATE KO servers such as making skills have 0 cooldown (all of them) but it takes time to figure out how to use it xD if you want help with anything that has to do with a .tbl editor let me know (ill go check this one out now and see if it is as good or better than the one i already have xD)

EDIT: this is also good for people making a server to make it so skills have the correct names (not japanese/chinese/whatever) and items have the right names and damage amounts as well as fixing many other things xD

Hey guys i figured out how to use the tbl editor. but at the same time when i go into the game and try and buy the items i want it either doesnt let me buy them or it says i am over weight? is there a way i can fix that lil problem so i can buy the items i want from the npc? thanks kindly for anybody who helps me

well i was practising with tbl editor on many versions its like u actually see weapon in any choses store but u get info u dont have any money or even when i changed items to price 1 they were selling as old price so it didnt worked i found some thing by myself and wrote it on paper well on pc found also tutorial on net but its most to make own priv serv and lots of values correct with mine but still cant get some information to make it clear for me so i make experiments but i just think most of information is in database of game but on server not in our pcs coz most of tbl files i changed returns to their original values so 1 cant be changed or 2 need to change more then 2-3 files coz when i chenged 2 or 3 files they didnt changed after game starts but still couldnt use them i did even that u can have maxed sats wich gives u maxed mp/hp/ap but it will not count when pvp or pve so its just a visible for u but not count in game actually

P.S. i did it for my purpose to see what can be changed in game and how it works never to use it even when i got koxp i was using this for purpose if its rly working etc if anybode want to share with me info that get while using ko tbl edior and wich ko tbl editor used ill gladly share my info as well as far i know those 3 thing were pointed as start of the thread USKO WORKING EDITED SKILLS work till now i guess but i didnt checked it coz i mostly play on priv servs so as i said if u want to share infos pm me but most likle contact me on msn with info who u are and from i mean that u are from here peace and gl
