I run before autorun and detour. The RunEncrypted is garbo and does nothing as far as I know. If you can get your hands on the server files it makes it a lot easier. It seems most people just look at vehicle.lua (the one with the RunEncrypted) but there are a bunch of other files too. Good luck.
