Both are coders , but would be more busy with helping as mods than with creating hacks. So what do you want , their hacks or their help ?
And in other Sections are active Coders too. Only Coding won't let you be Mod. A mod has to be active and a helper in many sections. Not only in one.

Dam does it have to be windowed full mode? makes me get lag even tho i have a great pc. any idea on fixing this? frame lag or something like that i guess.

I don't think you have to,
-When testing this hack i played in 1280x720 windowed mode? No lag, and worked fine for me.
