I am not 100 percent sure what one or the other means, but if I am correct either could contain/be a VAC update. Just check that before you are going to go into a game to be safe.

2 steps how to don't get vac ban/overwatch ban.

1. Every day if you going play check the steamdb.info/app/730 and check when last was "depot" update. If was depot update don't cheat because then are all cheats DETECTED.
2. Play very slow with cheats, no score with 50/1/10. And warning! All players what looking on OVERWATCH they see you are looking to the enemy from wall! then you are get overwatched. Because if you have good aim(triggerbot) and you are DMG+ its not problem.

bonus step: If you wanna boosting (rage hack) go full 5 premade and play only 2 games for day! Because every day you are reseted from overwatch system. And you need 10+ reports to get to overwatch and if you go 2 games you can get max. 10 (because you go premade)

bonus step is wrong , you need exactly 9 reports. Thats why you can only rage hack one game full pre. And if your team is reporting you too you will get overwatched. The 2 Games rage hacking only works with unranked and LEM+.
