No, PolyLoader doesn't do anything to the game, you got banned for using the ESP/RCS because it got detected/outdated, get your facts before posting here. The PolyLoader is only used for compiling the hacks to make them less likely to get you banned.

Is there a way to use this without downloading the whole 8g of vs i have a 64g ssd hard drive and even if i download this to my second drive is fills up my main hard drive(the 64g ssd)

At the lowest part of the first post you have attachments, there you have the .rar file with the PolyLoader itself. Just click download (and thanks because Merccy did a pretty damn good work)
