You can buy a new key but not sure if your able to play on the same steam account... just try xD
I got banned too so bought a new game and don't use mods now for as long as my other account is banned.
But i don't use the steam version (mostly because you can pick it up for 38 eur)

If you want to play with same steam acc, but with another key+SC account - then no, you cant do it.
If you will delete GTAV from your steam acc via support, but then buy it again - you will get same key(banned SC acc) on steam again.

you cannot play gta v on the same steam account unless you buy the SC version and add gta as a non steam game

I got banned today as well, I was using the latest Jordan mod with Extreme Injector v3, banned till 1/2/2016 just a heads up to everyone I tried to play it safe.. I NEVER spawn any money EVER... all I ever used was (Godmode in missions)... and I was careful about it... so you can get banned even if you don't spawn money... it must be a new thing they are using R* any how I know it all my fault im not bitching about it, it just a heads up to everyone...

same thing happened with me bud but i just bought another rockstar acc for about 3 bucks all u have to do is unlink your rockstar acc from ur steam acc and just buy one and log in
