Project Decimate Error: Requesting Title Screen

I've been working on getting this rsps up and running however i'm stuck at this Requesting Title Screen error, I had changed the ip to 127.0.0.1 like its supposed to be but i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong?

Perhaps you changed the IP in the wrong spot, or you don't have all the correct files. Usually the IP is located 2 times in the client.java on the client side and the gui.java in the client side, however if the gui.java doesn't exist then just replace the IP's in the client.java.

Also, make sure you are compiling correctly, with the correct system path.
