If you decided to use it against others like going on mass rampage of killing players then it's all your fault.

You won't get banned as long no one reports you. I've been using it since it's been released for missions and other stuff and yet no ban received

Can you edit your post to state it has to be runned in windowed mode

it has bugs and the teleportation with car worked for me just once after that it did not , and i was not running gta in window mode so will it help.
