Obviously there will be books that people will want with or without a digital copy, and we're only human so obviously there are books that won't be found even if they're requested and DO have a digital copy. There's no need to argue the point here and if you want to argue that point further take it somewhere else besides the users' marketplace thread. You are allowed to write negative reviews and you shouldn't receive any criticism for doing so as long as they are valid. Needless to say if you payed for something that you did not get, you know where to file a report.

Okay, then I give this service a negative review. I gave the user the ISBN number of my digital book, and he stopped replying after he could not find it. So this service does not have "100% success rate" as the seller suggests.
