Draft to deal with North Korea

Kim Jong Un does not care about sanctions, losing trade with china, or the weapons pointing at him from all sides. The only thing he cares about is his people, and their willingness to obey the regime. All North Korean TVs and radios are hardwired to a single frequency. By setting up high powered transmitters near NK we can hijack the frequency to broadcast outside information overriding local propaganda. This will be a significant threat from the west that Kim Jong Un cannot ignore. If we can arm the citizens and military with information, then perhaps the regime can be overthrown. Most likely if we allow the NK gov to overthrow it's self we'll see an emerging stratocracy. Once we see signs of the regime being overthrown then it's time to step in and help the North Korean people construct a democratic government with SK.

The primary problem with rebellion is that most of the available food and material goes to the military. Having a starved populous fight against the regime would be difficult and losses would be appalling
