I did get unbanned but I checked the terms about banment and it said if a long time glitcher still uses unfair glitches they can perm ban them.

Hmm maybe they just unbanned you for certain days, week, months or years then they will unbanned you i guess. Thats what happens to me on BF3

Like brent says, this may only happens if an extreme server lags occurs. So chances might not be high to get the glitch to work.

BF3 uses Punkbuster which very different from BE. But it definitely wasn't BE that banned him, he got reported for glitch abuse
