I'm wondering if anyone ever compiled a list that displays the risk factor of using cracked accounts relative to the company? For instance, it's known that Samsclub / Walmart pursues fraudulent purchases with cracked accounts, however, what about a company like Dunkin Donuts or Panera Bread? What are some companies that are safe to use and aren't known to investigate purchases?

I tried purchasing a prepaid a prepaid through cashier and the person said that they couldn't activate with a Walmart GC. Haven't tried other gcs though
