Careful EAC (Easy Anti Cheat) does hwid ban, if you get banned a lot. Not an expert just some stuff I read from elsewhere.

Yes, it does and it has a high chance of getting your other accounts banned as well even if you don't hack on them. Remember to use an HWID spoofer everytime to prevent getting HWID banned by EAC.

Most if not all games cannot IP Ban Due to so many providers giving customers a Dynamic IP Address so this basically means if they banned your IP It wouldn't matter because it would change, check If you IP is static though because If you don't and you do get IP banned then you will be permanently banned.
