Reduce carbs and sugar (and salt a little), drink more water, eat more protein (if you are hitting the gym)
go to gym bro, it will be very helpfull
Follow a ketogenic diet, it will become jsut way too easy
Run a calorie deficit. Look up twinkie diet. Now eating junk food vs real food does make difference too in long run.
Walking help me massively, just 30 minutes a day is good.
Exercise regularly even though it's just jogging
