If you quit fiddler, u will lose everything.

You can’t. You have to open fiddler every time you play dbdl.

With fiddler, yes. It unlock everything include characters( except exclusive skin; meg twitch shirt for example)
However, everything that unlock come from rule that we enable on fiddler. If we don’t open fiddler while we playing dbdl, everything will go back to normal(character will locked again, lose cosmetic)

Ps. Not recommend to close fiddler while in game, maybe it can lead to game crash.
