@Expiker21 Thanks. Now from 1 prestige on executioner i have 1 lvl 0 prestige and lose all. Did you updated Full Profile to have 3 prestige 50lvl and all perks on Executioner and it was bug?

Its teachable perk from character. Like Leatherface have teacheable perk Franklin Demise and if you have 30 lvl you can buy from blood tree this perk and this allow you to unlock this perk on other character. If you have any teachable perk SET VALUE TO 1

Nah, you're not stupid, don't say like that. And yeah _TEACH_ means a Teachable Perks from specific character.

I am sure that the ban was received due to a profile change, since my second account is not in the ban. I changed my profile on my main steam account yesterday and got banned today. Uh, I don't really think this is the caused of you getting banned 'cause I'm excessively profile changer myself and nothing happened. Might causing by a different factors.
