I have done the following:

Renamed the exe file
Ran as administrator
Played in Offline Mode

Is there anything special that people are doing to run this? For reference, I'm playing on the steam version.

I found the solution, never mind.
For those who are still trying to find the solution it is to rename the file name. The one that is originally called BO3 Zombies trainer mpgh.net (or something similar to that).

thats your antivirus software that is deleting the file when you run it.

you need to set up an exclusion rule, so that your antivirus ignores that file/folder.

Timescale 10 does not work, timescale 5 makes the game like only 2 times faster, any ideas how to fix it?

This is safe, as in not detected for now. Use it online and you may be reported. A developer might go through that report/reports and check your gameplay, and in worst case scenario apply a game ban. Using this in a private match will put your risk of being banned at a minimum. Don't make your stats with this too unrealistic either.
