Alot of cheaters with skins?

I am playing on Global and counter alot of cheaters with high tier skins and pretty big accounts.
is this a new anti overwatch meta or something?

Honestly, I can't understand why someone would use cheats if they have many skins in their inventory, and they even play on high ranks like supreme and Global! I mean, if you get banned, you won't be able to do anything with those skins. Not even sell them or transfer them to another account. From my point of view, you have to be a foolish person if you have a lot of skin and start using cheats. By the way, I haven't played cs for a couple of months. I have a great dilemma.
