Anyone can help?
So I have access to a few acer chromebooks, but they are all the same enterprise account. I want to sell the computers, but I obviously can't sell them when they are connected to an enterprise account and I have no way of logging in to the enterprise accounts. Any thoughts on how to reset the computer so I can use them as personal computers instead of enterprise account. I tried to enable developer mode, but I get this error message "the device owner has disabled developer mode for this device chromebook"
Thanks a lot, if anyone can provide me with a way to successfully go through with this, I will reward you.
I don't have a lot of details on the computer, but here is what I found.
Model: CYAN D2X-C6N-M3A-A8D
On the back it says:
Acer C738T series
MODEL NO: N15Q8
On a white sticker there says:
C738T-c8CK MFG Date: 2016/11/17
S/N: NXG55ED0146471C70776000
SNID: 64711669576

Depends how imbeded the Enterprise control is, if it's registed through Azure Intune and all that BS then GL. Otherwise you could proably buy a couple cheap home licenses and boot from WinPE, start installing and press shift f10 and do a diskpart clean and then install the new OS, press shift+ctrl+F3 when you get to the OOBE section and double check everything been removed in audit mode and remove anything that managed to persist the wipe.
