this will work for BFH and im pretty sure for BFP4F open up task manager and scroll down until you see PnkBstr.A then open your game
best chance for this to work is use the 2 games i listed after you have injected your hacks join a game dont click the game screen when you join go back to task manager and click PnkBstr.A and end the process this with stop punkbuster for about 15-25 seconds then PnkBstr.B will start then PnkBstr.B with take about 30-60 seconds to get internet and get the hack list and maybe 60-120 or even 240 seconds for it to scan and find the hack and like 0.3-0.5 seconds to kick you :P
MAKE SURE THAT THE SERVER YOU JOIN IS NOT PROTECTED BY GGC STREAM
if it is when you get kicked you will get banned from all servers with GGC STREAM
(when you join it will most likely tell you on the left middle of the screen if it has GGC STREAM as soon as you join)

if it's an EA official server EA thinks punkbuster is good enough so they dont use GGC STREAM
