When the cheat is activated you should see a window in CS:GO. To navigate thru that window use left arrow, right arrow, up arrow and down arrow.

Ok thanks for your help, I hate to be a dumb ass but I have a black screen like a DOS screen that says your cheat is ready to use and all, but when I open counterstrike to play the game Its just a normal game I don't see any other option or CS:GO screen, So I am still not sure how to use this multihack any help appreciated

It's real simple, you don't.
This is patched and might lead to you getting banned

ok guess I better not use it then, Thanks, I tried to get a different one may have been you that posted the hack today says it isn't approved yet when I tried to open the attachment it said there wasn't one, Well guess I will try to find another Im kinda desperate to try this multi hack tired of getting my ass kicked lol
