Hardsuit

so iv been watching and studying the Hard suit, and iv come to the conclusion that its wayy to OP for low levels to have their hands on. anyone else feel this way?

It's not OP at all... Just hit it twice with the Rocket Stinger and it's dead.

No. low levels even a level 1 agent can get hands to a rocket launcher in a couple of kills. Even the hardsuit. Only costs 1300 cp.
