The background isn't a C4D.
I made it myself by placing the render till the whole sig is covered, then gaussian blur 8px and motion blur, duplicate 3 times and 3 different gradient maps.

Eh, its alright but it dosent have a very good BG and it lacks depth. the text stands out too much and im not really a fan of the vertical borders. Just animating it dosent make it automatically good :\
