Leave a game without affecting your KDR & Win/Lose

well i'm still with some doubts.. if you get out at the very announced end of the game, your score will not be afected, but neither your EXP right? 'cuse i already do this just to not get my personal score afected and i get out at any point of the match with the limit of the end game announcement, but the EXP won for the match you won't get it either right? 'cuse if you don't, you can leave the game anytime you want... not being necessarily a rule to get off a match at the end of it..
