Reduce the amount of possible scammers suggestion

Rules which i would implement,

* You require 100+ posts to make a thread/reply to one
* You must be registered for over 3 weeks
* Middleman MUST be used when you are below 250 posts, or below 50 reputation

This would obviously reduce the amount of scammers nowadays, almost every day i see people with 1-10 post count registered this month having scammed someone, and Ex-scammers are always returning.
If this would be implemented, then Ex- scammers have to wait 3 weeks before they can attempt another scam and have to get 100+ posts.

Minimum amount of posts has been suggested before, up to Dave though.
Also, members are already required to use an Official Middleman during each and every trade they do

I've heard that a lot, but it's far from the truth so why state it? Most every trade is done without an OMM.

The OMM-only trade regulation is all a matter of enforcement, and is almost impossible to achieve even through constant moderation. The OP's suggestions would circumvent that need entirely, by actually barring the thread creation in the first place. In my eyes, it would indeed reduce a lot of scamming.

Step 1. A member wishing to Sell/Trade/Buy an item creates a thread
Step 2. Thread is hidden until inspection by a MiddleMan/GM
Step 3. During inspection, the inspector must make sure the poster has 100 posts or more, are registered for 3+ weeks and if they are under 250 posts, or below 50 reputation a MiddleMan will be appointed by the inspector.
Step 4. Once all boxes are checked the thread is created.
Step 5. Scamming reduced significantly.

Although this would be a lot of work, it could be done.
(Some exceptions I suppose if the members wishing to Sell/Trade/Buy contacts a MM/GM)

It could be done but then we would need like 2-3 more Middlemen
And you do realize in just 1 section there are more than 40 new threads per day
It would stop the scammers but would also kill the MarketPlace

The idea of just post and joined date restriction is enough but your idea

The restrictions are rather silly because as I've noticed most of the sellers/traders/buyers don't meet the requirements. And it's not too hard to recruit more middlemen that run on specific timezones and are quite efficient.
