I can not download how do you download? rar I click there goes somewhere else and not low commo has not put the download without being attached to?

nao consigo baixar como faço pra baixar? eu clico em rar ai vai em outro lugar e nao baixa nao tem commo colocar o dowload sem ser anexado?
