Yes, you have a few options actually.
You can use hamachi, however you need to hex the client so it will connect to your Hamachi IP instead of 127.0.0.1.
I might make a tool that does this automatically.
You can also port forward ports 8888, 2050, and 3306, which will allow your friends to connect without hamachi, but still you need to hex the client.
