    So did I. I just told them someone accessed my account without my permission and it couldn't have been family related.

    It said refunded however now refund has been received. How long has it taken everyone else to get their money back in the bank or any other form you used to pay such as paypal?

    My purchase from August 12th was just approved and refunded. Saved me $100. Thanks.

    i told them that and and they replied "Because we found that the charges are legitimate, I’m not able to give you a refund. If you still want to pursue a refund, you could contact your payment provider, tell them what happened, and see if they can help. "

    So after I told them that, I was told nothing, and my bank statement shows nothing (yet) but I did get my $100 back.

    Not really sure what to say as for that response.

    Ok wtf,
    i did "Purchase is defective and doesn't work as advertised" and they gave me my money back, like 9-10 times. Now they will check my refund request...

    Seems that worked here in my 7 purchases, I received 7x that email saying that I got refunded... is everything ok? or they will send me another email not automatic?
