before i notice this thread
my steps were

"i purchased this but didn't receive it" got email saying "but we can’t provide a refund for this purchase because it is outside of our refund policy"

This time selected: Purchase was made by friend or family member without my consent- got email saying "but we can’t provide a refund for this purchase because it is outside of our refund policy"

^ tried "I don't recognize this purchase or charge" and They said they'd get back in two days. I'll let you know what happen.

i got this email in return

"Hi,

Thank you for contacting Google. My name is and it my pleasure assisting you today.

I am sorry to hear that you do not recognise this purchase. Is it possible that a family member or friend have made this purchase on your account?

Can you see the order on payments.google.com? Please also check the devices where you are currently signed into your account on myaccount.google.com.

It said refunded however now refund has been received. How long has it taken everyone else to get their money back in the bank or any other form you used to pay such as paypal?

i told them that and and they replied "Because we found that the charges are legitimate, I’m not able to give you a refund. If you still want to pursue a refund, you could contact your payment provider, tell them what happened, and see if they can help. "

So after I told them that, I was told nothing, and my bank statement shows nothing (yet) but I did get my $100 back.

Not really sure what to say as for that response.

i did "Purchase is defective and doesn't work as advertised" and they gave me my money back, like 9-10 times. Now they will check my refund request...
