Thats true, but they patched the ability to create a new summoner with the word Riot in it's name (still bypasses other words, all Riot names are considered registered). Although it's still not entirely impossible to get the word Riot into your summoner name with this method.

it seems they moved the file resources-en_US.swf inside Game folder and now it does not contain the filter so they probably moved it somewhere else?

Its inside the folder under Apps and yes this still works I made an account with all cuss words (BitchAssFuckCunt)

EDIT: I figured that out and followed the whole video, however I still cannot seem to enter in korean letters to the input field. any ideas?

This doesn't let you use characters that aren't recognized. For that, you need to change your client language to Korean. There's a tutorial for that on here somewhere. I don't think it works anymore, though.

Yes I've found that guide and when I tried it every name I tried to pick it said was taken, even ones that were random korean characters together. Is there any method that currently works to input korean as my summoner name?

When it says it's "Taken", it means that the method is patched. I'm almost certain it's the same for Riot tags. Any name with Riot in it will be considered to be "taken" as well.

Can you just use this method to change your name to a non-riot name? For instance a name that has been taken already, or perhaps with foreign characters?
