look like its make inject but i dosent see the dos window for bind commands?

It should work. Vinject requires you to run as admin anyways, however, this may not be the problem.
Are you starting Vindictus manually or are you using the Launch+Inject option ?

This shouldn't make a difference, but you may wanna try both. Also, from time to time the game just crashes on start or the console won't appear for me. But this isn't an injectorissue, since it happens with every injector for me. In this case, just redo it until it doesn't crash and pops a console.
