    Vouch, the methods are good but I think the first method is invalid which I would recommend you doing some research on, Also I think it is still over priced even tho I purchased it for $10, IMO it is still way over priced I would consider lowing to like $6-$8. Anyway the other two methods are good and I know for sure they are working as I have tried them before. Just check that first method tho. +Vouch GLWS

    Honestly i don't understand the point in this e-book?

    I have had 4 paypal accounts now, 3 are limited because i reached the limit to receive before being limited of $2500 or so then i make a new account...? Have had no problems within 12 months
