I always stretch out my body for 10 mins after an hour in front of the computer. I helps to relieve eye strain and back pain.

By maintaining a healthy routine with good diet and proper exercise.
Sometimes you just have no choice....
if you sit 4 days a week in front of a pc it´s ok, if you make some workout the other 3 days
but if you eat chocolate, chips, drink cola...

you just need to have the right pose and height of monitor etc.. but yeah it's good to take breaks and walk a bit
