Yes it's possible, PayPal money can be disputed within 48 days. So you're in luck. And no.... you will not get banned.

Theres always a risk in stuff like this, if you dont want to risk it dont do it.

I disputed and waited 3-5 days and now I've just made it into a claim. Paypal is reviewing it atm.

What's is your excuse or what do you put when you dispute on paypal? I have a paypal, but have never tried doing the 2nd before.
