Not quite, the problem is that while my playercard states that I'm 10th prestige each soldier's prestige data thinks that they all got prestige 3. There isn't any sequence and therefore anytime I use a soldier (all of which are maxed and have been through a complete match) the game thinks I'm level 60 prestige 3. (It's worth noting that I did two legitimate prestiges before the hack, so prestige 3 was the first hacked prestige.)

Have you play 1 match with all soldiers? I suggest to try CE table ( any with "soldiers Xp" ), be sure that soldier Xp don't exced 48004, if is higher turn it to "48004" and give a look if your prestige is realy "10", if not you had to play with missed soldier. Don't change manualy prestige before that. If will not help back your prestige to "3"

You may wanna look at the game version that this is for, Its still for 3.10.x , While the game is at 3.11.x , Ofc it wont work..
