When I open it says "Windows cannot access the specified device,path,or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." What is wrong? How do I fix it?

I got the injector, I have the dll to inject. I set the dll. I set the injector to inject Engine, It says waiting for Engine.exe, I bring up combat arms, it closes the injector, but no hack?
