If you used prestige hack it would disable you from playing any game mode. But I don't think this hack have prestige hack. If you still can't play try changing your stats back, if that doesn't work you're going to have to wipe your whole stats using a console injector and using reset level command. There may be other ways I don't know of though.

No. Because BO2 PC is server sided and if it sees you changed your xp, it won't let you connect to a game meaning you will have to reset your stats.

The only thing that i could think of is unlimited perm unlock token hack which doesn't exit atm.

It only does it with the camos, but I'm not sure if it will always do that or if I just have to actually earn the camo first... which is why I'd rather just reset it so I don't have to worry about it
