    I've been setting VERY small goals/to do list for the day and I've been crossing them off everyday. I feel great and am improving at things I was bad at doing before. But I have slacked off some days and I learned to forgive myself over slacking off. This method has been working well for me for the last 3 months and I feel very good and it is slowly helping me through my depression.

    I quit around late December so I am nearing the 3 month mark. I haven't struggled much with cravings for porn, probably because this is not my first time going clean. I used to think about porn every day but now it happens rarely. A lot of brain fog is gone and everyday tasks feel way more pleasurable. Highly recommend!

    I personally tried to read Bible and try to understand God's plan for my life. If you find a priest that has pure heart, then follow him/her. The wisdom is beyond any human wisdom. I realize that your heart is the center of all. Your brain follows your heart naturally and then followed by your physic and psychology. Then you will live your life in a very different way from most people. Thanks

    Well, I'm a Gym freak. I used to go to the gym when it wasn't lockdown here in my country, thankfully I learned how to do calisthenics to stay in shape.

    I'm starting meditating since I already did once and felt a lot better daily. Eat a lot fewer processes food and clean meat. I'm trying to begin to frequent a gym, but I created excuses not to go until now.

    DO your breakfast and excercise daily and consume the food with the calories which will help you to fit it.
