aimbot doesnt seem to work, i unbinded and rebinded like it said, i tried all resolutions, i even tried changing to key and restarting, nothing seems to work, everything else works fine but theres just no aim help for me

That's odd. I'm using an RTX 2070S paired with an i7-9700k. No issue with FPS whatsoever. Always around 399 fps (capped).
Consider removing your current display driver using DDU, then install driver 457.30 and re-apply the NVIDIA Control Panel settings.
