Is it possible to get banned if I buy a account from a seller, which is cracked accounts and gift to myself?

if the owner has left his card and you just so happen to use it yes you can get banned both account will Main account being locked your being banned until you pay back what you stole

Even if they report the situation to them, won't they simple recover the account and refund the gift purchases? A while back I gifted myself a ton of skins and noticed that around 3 of them were missing. The guy recovered his account and contacted to receive his RP back. In regards to @LoLWinter's answer, what if you gift skins to yourself with RP balance not card? Using someone else's card would definitely get you banned but I don't think using an existing balance will.

All that happens if it's reported is you lose your shit and they get refunded. You'll get temporarily suspended until you verify you're the owner of the account. Otherwise, if they don't report, you're good. Personal experience.
