    Is Visual Basic For Dummies any good?

    this seems like the most appropriate section to ask in..
    im starting to learn vb and this seems like a pretty book.

    I never used a book and I'd consider myself to be rather good in the language. Honestly it was the first language I started with, and you should have no problems with playing around with it for a bit. It's pretty easy to pick up.
